Rusty Letters
Start with a new RGB image with
black foreground and orange background.
Write the text, render the layer, mark the text and apply
filter/render/clouds.
Apply the innerglow layer effect
with the settings above
Apply the Bevel and emboss layer
effect with the settings above
and it will look something like this...
Apply the filter/artistic/Plastic
wrap with the settings above
Apply the Filter/Render/lightning
effects with the settings above
And this is how it will
look.....
