Draw a circle with the eliptical marquee tool and fill it with black. Draw a smaller circle and place it in the middle of the other and press delete.

Select the shape with the magic wand tool and go to Filters/KPT5/shape shifter.

Click on the sphere in the enviroment box and select the cool kitchen that is located on the KPT5 CD in the goodies/enviroment maps.
Use the same settings as shown above.

Delete half of the circle and you've got yourself a nice chromed pipe!
