Add a new Layer first.
Draw a square and fill it wit the linear gradient "copper"

Then go to IMAGE/ADJUST/HUE-SATURATION. Mark colorize and change the settings to the same as here to the left. This is how it will look like:

Now, got to layer/effects and chose the Bevel and emboss effect. Select Innerbevel and change the depht and blur to 3. For sharper edges use lower values.

Write the text on a new layer and chose the Bevel and emboss effect. Select Innerbevel and change the depht and blur to 2. Unmark the "use Global angle" and change the Angle direction to -42. Done!
